How will the digital keepsake be delivered?
Once your artwork is complete, your digital keepsake will be delivered directly to your email as a high-resolution file.
Our digital portraits are typically provided in:
- PNG format
- Ultra high-resolution 8K quality
- Ready for printing or personal use
You can use your artwork for:
- Framing and printing
- Canvas or poster prints
- Phone and desktop wallpapers
- Personal keepsakes shared with loved ones
Designed to preserve every soft detail, texture, and emotion as beautifully as possible.
What aspect ratio will my portrait use?
Unless a specific preference is requested, all portraits are created in our default 4:5 format.
We also offer:
- 2:3 ratio
- 3:2 ratio
If you’re unsure which to choose, we recommend staying with 4:5 — it’s the most versatile and widely used format for framed artwork and printing.
Please note that we do not simply crop the artwork into different sizes.
Each ratio is carefully created on a completely different composition and canvas layout to preserve the balance, atmosphere, and storytelling of the piece.
Because of this, we strongly recommend letting us know your preferred ratio before the artwork process begins.
What kind of photo works best?
Clear, well-lit photos work best. For the most accurate and natural result, we recommend photos that show your pet’s full body, including their back and tail.
If only partial details are visible (such as just the face), some features may be interpreted artistically to fit the scene.
The more you share, the more personal and accurate your artwork will feel.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes, additional pets can be included.
For the best composition and visual balance, we recommend keeping the number of pets limited. If you have a specific request, feel free to share it with us — we’ll do our best to create a natural and meaningful scene.
Can I choose the pose or scene?
Each artwork is designed to match the theme you selected (HOME, ALWAYS, or UNTIL THEN). Your pet’s features will be thoughtfully adapted into the scene to create a natural and meaningful composition.
Will the colors look exactly the same as on my screen?
Slight variations may occur due to differences in screens and printing processes.We carefully adjust each artwork to maintain its intended warmth, softness, and overall feeling in the final print.If you have any concerns, we’re always happy to review and refine the artwork with you before production.
Will the final artwork look exactly like my photo?
The final piece is designed to capture the feeling and essence of your pet rather than replicate a photo exactly. Small variations are part of the artistic process.
Can I request changes?
Yes. We offer revisions to ensure you’re happy with the final artwork. We’ll work with you on adjustments until it feels right.
How long does it take?
Artwork is typically completed within 1–2 business days. Printed orders are delivered within 7–10 business days.
Do you offer both digital and printed versions?
Yes, you can choose a high-resolution digital file or a professionally printed version.
What materials are used for the printed version?
Printed on museum-quality matte paper with a smooth, non-reflective finish, and framed using durable, high-quality materials.
Do you accept returns?
- Revisions are available to ensure you’re happy with the final artwork
- If you're not satisfied with the digital draft, we’ll work with you on adjustments — and a refund can be requested before final approval
- Once the final artwork is approved, refunds are no longer available
- As printed pieces are custom-made, they are not eligible for returns or refunds
