Refund policy

All artworks are custom-created specifically for you and your pet.
Because of this, our policies differ slightly from standard retail products.


Digital Artwork

We want you to feel fully comfortable with your order before final delivery.

  • A preview will be provided before the final artwork is delivered
  • Revisions are available to ensure the artwork feels right to you
  • If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll work with you on thoughtful adjustments
  • Refunds may be requested before final artwork approval

Once the final artwork has been approved, refunds are no longer available.


Printed Products

All framed pieces are made to order after your artwork has been approved.

  • Physical production begins only after final artwork approval
  • Before production begins, you may request revisions or cancel your order
  • Once the framed version enters production, cancellations, returns, and refunds are no longer available due to the custom-made nature of each piece

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at forever@beyondpawprints.com and include photos of the issue.

We’ll carefully review the situation and do our best to make it right.


Exchanges

Because every artwork is custom-made, exchanges are not available.

If you have any questions before ordering, we’re always happy to help.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase.

However, this right no longer applies once the custom artwork process has begun or the framed product has entered production.
