SECTION 2 – CUSTOM PRODUCTS & ARTWORK

All our products are custom-created based on the photos and information you provide.

Each artwork is an artistic interpretation designed to capture the feeling and essence of your pet, rather than replicate any reference image exactly. Variations in composition, posture, color, lighting, and details may occur to best suit the selected scene and artistic style.

Product images displayed on the website are examples only. Final results may differ slightly due to artistic interpretation, screen display differences, and production processes.

By submitting photos to us, you confirm that you own the rights to the images or have permission to use them.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & APPROVAL

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a custom-made product.

For digital artwork, a preview will be provided for your review before final delivery.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving the artwork carefully before final confirmation.

Orders may be canceled before final artwork approval.

Once the artwork has been approved and/or sent to production, the order can no longer be changed, canceled, or refunded.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed at the time of purchase and may change without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including artwork, designs, images, text, branding, and visual materials, is owned by Beyond Pawprints and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Custom artworks created by us may be used for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Payments, analytics, shipping, and certain website functions may be handled by third-party providers.

We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or actions of third-party services.

Digital artwork may be eligible for a refund only before final artwork approval
Printed products may be canceled before final artwork approval
Once approved and sent to production, printed products become non-refundable due to their custom-made nature
